去磁鍍鋅管消磁工藝過程國標剩磁標準
設備應能滿足去磁鍍鋅管的退磁、降低金屬顆粒在工件表面的吸附力,便于清洗機能徹底的洗凈去磁鍍鋅管內外的金屬顆粒。設備采用PLC可編程控制器控制,具有自動化程度高、生產速度快、工人勞動強度低等優(yōu)點。
The equipment shall be able to meet the demagnetization of the bearing, reduce the adsorption force of metal particles on the surface of the workpiece, and facilitate the cleaning machine to thoroughly clean the metal particles inside and outside the bearing. The equipment is controlled by PLC programmable controller, which has the advantages of high degree of automation, fast production speed, low labor intensity of workers, etc.
1、安裝位置:安裝在去磁鍍鋅管輸送系統(tǒng)的輸送線上,輸送線的操作臺面為800mm,
Installation position: it is installed on the conveying line of the bearing conveying system, and the operation table of the conveying line is 800 mm.
2、線圈安匝數:8000-14000AT;

5、去磁鍍鋅管的輸送形式:以滾筒式輸送線經過退磁裝置;

6、退磁效果:工件退磁后剩磁不大于0.3mT(以指針式磁強計測量);

7、退磁線圈采用磁軛式;

8、線圈溫度:≥ 50攝氏度;

9、最大退磁工件重100公斤;
The maximum demagnetization workpiece weighs 100kg.
10、電源:三相四線380 / 50Hz 三相五線制;
